Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Black Camels, we take pride in ensuring your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. To provide you with a seamless shopping experience, we've outlined our shipping and delivery policy below: 

Made to Order Products: 

- Handmade Abayas and embroidered Abayas typically require approximately 15 working days for order completion. 

- Other standard Abayas take around 12 working days. 

- Please note that there might be delays due to unexpected natural occurrences. Ready-Made Abayas: 

Ready-made Abayas can be shipped within 2-3 working days. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information to monitor the delivery status. It's important to ensure all order details are accurate at the time of checkout, as we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been shipped. 

Order Cancellations: 

If you need to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order confirmation is processed and the order is in progress, we won't be able to make any cancellations or changes. 

International Delivery Services: 

- Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply based on local legislation. 

- Import duties and customs entry fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. 

- Each country has different customs policies and import duties, so please check with your local customs office for information. 

- Delivery may be delayed by local customs, which is beyond our control. Lost Parcels: 

We initiate the missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within 20 days (in Pakistan) and 30 days (internationally) after dispatch. If the non-arrival of the product is attributed to us, we'll send a replacement item or provide a refund to the original payment method.

Correct Address Responsibility: 

Please ensure the correct address is provided when placing your order. We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered, leading to non-delivery. 

What Are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times? 

- All purchases on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). 

- Banks and international credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which you are liable to pay. 

- Import duties and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient. - Returns are at your cost, and you must keep evidence of sending the items. - Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and the courier's responsibility is to deliver it to your specified address. 

Events Outside Our Control: 

We understand that certain circumstances are beyond our control, such as: 

- Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions. 

- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attacks, war, or threat of war. 

- Natural disasters like fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, etc. - Impossibility of using transportation means or telecommunications networks. - Government actions, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions. 

During a Force Majeure Event, our performance under the contract is temporarily suspended. We will make every effort to resolve the situation or find alternative solutions to fulfill our obligations despite the circumstances.
