Return & Exchange Policy

* Our return and exchange policy applies strictly to Inventory Style (ready-made) items. (We kindly discourage returns without valid reasons, as we hope customers recognize and appreciate the care, and effort our team puts into packing, dispatching, and fulfilling each order.) We do not offer returns or exchanges on Made-To-Order products, as these are cut and stitched specifically for the customer after placing the order. 

*  If however, there is a defect or sizing problem with Made-To-Order products from our end, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will exchange the product, and cover any reshipping charges. 

* In case of high customer dissatisfaction for any reason, we encourage healthy discussion to resolve the issue, because at the end of the day our goal is to add value to your lives through our products and services.

* In case of returns, the customer will have to bear the return cost, and a refund will be made in 7 working days, after the product is received in the same condition as it was packed in: tags attached, unused, free of any stains, scents, or damages.
