EXCHANGE
In case of an exchange, all reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition– tags attached, unused, and free from stains, scents, or any damages. Once the returned item is checked & approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 8-10 days.

RETURN AND REFUND

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Made-To-Order products, as these pieces are specially cut and stitched according to your customized measurements.
However, if there is any defect or sizing issue from our end, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will carefully review the concern, and if the issue is validated, we will arrange an exchange within 8-10 days and cover all reshipping charges.
