RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
– We do not accepts returns or exchange.
– Incase of product faults or damages, the product is rectified or replaced as per the requirements.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
– All items ordered, are dispatched within 7-10 working days of cleared payments. Please allow delays during unforseen events, busy seasons and natural calamities.
– Cash on delivery available all over Pakistan
– Please make sure to provide us with the correct address, as Black Camels will not be held responsible for costs incurred or lost packages due to errors in address details.
– On some occasions, if more than one order is made to the same delivery address and the first order is not shipped out, items may be packaged into one parcel. Similarly, there may be occasions where items in one order will be shipped out as more than one parcel.
– Our delivery charges to Karachi are Rs.200
– Delivery charges for all other cities are 275 per abaya/shoes/bags/scarfs.
